PHOENIX (DRY)

A fascinating new variety of English grape, pale in colour with hints of lime offers an amazing array of fruits, which leap from the glass. With gooseberry, mango, vanilla and citrus all adding to the rich and complexity of fruits. The promise of the aroma is delivered on the palate with a balance and depth of flavour on this off dry white wine that is unique to Wroxeter Best served chilled

REGNER (Shropshire Dry)

A new exciting English wine with a delicate dry flavour. Very rounded on the palate an excellent wine to have as a light aperitif and also recommended to serve with fish.
Best served chilled.

MADELEINE ANGEVINE

A dry elegant wine full of fruit flavour and superior aroma, the floral nose is also very fresh and fruity, zesty and clean on the palate with a refreshing spritzy finish. A wine to serve with a main meal. Best served cool.

WREKIN RESERVE

A wine with lush and flowery aroma, giving spiciness and richness of flavour of the Reichensteiner grape, enhanced by a slight residual sweetness, leaving long fresh flavour. A pleasant wine to serve with fish and spicy foods. Best served very chilled.

WROXETER MEDIUM

A wine with excellent fruit flavours. A harmonious marriage of the vineyard grapes to give a rich flowery aroma, leaving a long fresh clean flavour. Excellent to serve at barbeques and for the sweeter palate. Best served very chilled.

A young wine from the 2005 years harvest specially fermented, pale in colour, pleasant on the palate with citrus and limes full of fruit. A good party wine for all occasions. Best served Chilled

A blend of vineyard grapes to give soft appealing berry fruit flavours. A ripe, soft rounded medium wine with a hint of grapefruits on the finish will refresh and please everyone. Best served chilled.

A wonderful complex aroma of classic characteristics. Rich herbaceous asparagus delivers a great dry fruit packed white wine.

ROMAN VILLA

Pineapple and banana dominate a rich tropical fruit aroma. A ripe, soft, rounded medium sweet wine with a hint of lemon on the finish.

BRITANNIA

A refreshing fresh bouquet with ripe aromatic fruit aromas - an attractive off-dry white wine. Soft and rounded on the palate.

A new exciting unique red wine made with Dornfelder and Dunkelfelder, new varieties of black grape, giving delicate flavours of strawberries and pears – a pleasant flowery aroma. Deep red in colour, some tannin. . One of Shropshire’s red wines and said to be the worlds most northerly Red Wine. Best served with food and at room temperature
