Noble Roman
An attractive, medium bodied medium sweet wine showing delicious fruit aromas of mango and pink grapefruit. On the palate these exotic fruit flavours are perfectly balanced by crisp acidity and an underlying attractive ripe sweetness that gives a roundness to a pleasant long finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with egg dishes, salads, paté, fish or white meat in a cream sauce.
Shropshire Gold
A medium sweet white wine with attractive floral aromas of elderflower and fruity pink grapefruit flavours.
This medium bodied wine develops a smooth well balanced soft ripe citrus fruit texture in the palate with a long balanced and refreshing finish. Ideal on its own served chilled as an aperitif or with spicy food, cheese and egg dishes, paté, pork and chicken in cream sauces
Shropshire Rose
Attractive pale salmon pink wine with aromas of strawberry conserve. Refreshing ripe strawberry flavours well balanced with a pleasantly smooth long lasting, full flavoured, fruity finish. Ideal as an aperitif, with appetisers, salads and fish dishes especially salmon and trout.
Corner Oak
A light dry crisp wine, with aromas of ripe apple. Fresh acidity and zingy gooseberry fruit flavours are balanced with a long and rounded spicy finish. Ideal with shellfish or as an aperitif
Wrekin Reserve
A medium bodied dry wine, with delicate floral aromas complimented by grapefruit flavours and a long dry, rounded, spicy finish. Try with shellfish, grilled fish or fried chicken.
Regner
A pale coloured dry light bodied wine with delicate wild flower aromas complimented by refreshingly crisp acidity, balanced by citrus fruit flavours and a long spicy finish. Ideal partner to “Mussels in wine sauce” or grilled / BBQ fish.
Solaris
A pale dry light bodied wine with aromas of hedgerow flowers. Solaris is complimented by firm acidity and a rounded, long lasting, spicy, crème brûlé flavoured finish. Try with grilled fish, shellfish/seafood.
Rondo
A vibrant pale cherry coloured wine with forward ripe cherry aromas. Fresh summer fruit flavours are balanced with fresh acidity, soft tannins and a long lasting attractive dry finish. Ideal partner with lamb, pasta, BBQ, and hard cheeses.
Brut Vintage Reserve
The brut vintage reserve; a high quality medium bodied sparkling wine with fragrant apple aromas complimented by fine bubbles and an attractive lively mousse. The wine exhibits a well balanced, firm and refreshing acidity with soft apple fruit flavours and a long persistent and pleasing finish.

Madeline Angevine 2006
A dry white wine with attractive floral aromas of elderflower and peach blossom with fresh crisp zingy grapefruit and gooseberry flavours.
This medium bodied wine develops a smooth well balanced soft fruit texture in the palate with a long pleasing finish. Ideal as an aperitif or perfect partner to shellfish, white fish. summer salads, goat’s and sheep cheeses.

Crook Mill
A pale dry medium bodied wine with delicate aromas of honeysuckle and wild roses. Crook Mill is complimented by a well balanced refreshing crispness of greengage fruit flavours and a long spicy brulee finish. A good partner with grilled fish and green salad.
