Cider
In 2008 Martin (Wroxeter wine maker) decided to make a cider using wine making methods. The apples were carefully selected and harvested when the sugars and ripeness are at their best.
Modern technology is used in the milling, fermenting and the bottling to
achieve a quality product. Two ciders were produced Darwin's Evolution Cider and Caesar Cider which have been greatly enjoyed by many people. Darwin's Evolution Cider made its debut at Ludlow Festivals Spring event 2009. The Caeser Cider debuted at the same event and both are going from strength to strength.
Martin is also looking forward to the 2010 apple harvest so the cider making can continue to strengthan.
